Findings & Corrective Action
Assessors log findings with severity and evidence. Agencies respond with attachments. The body tracks resolution. Every exchange is timestamped and auditable.
Signed Recommendations
The lead assessor submits a formal recommendation — recommend, conditional, or do not recommend — with a digital signature and narrative. Conditional requires corrective actions documented.
Council Governance Record
Staff records the council's formal action: meeting date, motion reference, decision, and stated reason on denials. Certificate issuance unlocks only after governance is satisfied. No shortcuts.
Certificate Issuance & Lifecycle
Issue, track, revoke, and print formal certificates. Issuance closes the assessment, stamps the date of accreditation, and updates every linked record in one action. Both body and agency can print.
Technical Assistance Check-Ins
Program staff conduct site visits for guidance — minimum 10 standards reviewed, key standards required — distinct from formal assessment. Escalation path to council only when warranted.
Admin Studio
The superuser defines custom fields (text, date, select, checkbox) that flow into every agency profile, custom workflow stages that drive the journey bar, and platform settings — no code required.
